Actually, these lyrics are straight from Robert Johnson's 'Walkin' Riverside Blues', recorded in either November 1936, or June 1937 (I forget which session right now, Id have to look it up)
As far as twisted lyrics, Alice Cooper has a slight case of necrophilia, as evidenced by a few of his songs, 'Cold Ethyl', and 'I Love The Dead', both songs about, ahem...having 'relations' with dead bodies.
