Well from what I read of your posts here you seem well educated, well read and generally have a rounded opinion on most things. You are humourous, intelligent and entertaining.
I just don't see why a woman/lady/girl (your choice!) would take offense to a lot of these petty slurs when they just don't (again to me) seem to warrant such thought. I would consider them best ignored.
