I took the default settings and changed 3 things.
I made passing touchdowns worth 6 points instead of 4.
I made interceptions worth -2 instead of -1
I took away return touchdowns for individual players (they are already counted in default settings for defenses)

I like the older yahoo settings of 6/-2 for QBs, so I'm all for those changes. Looking everything else over, I like the default settings as is...
