I wouldn't really call MGMT dream-pop, The xx have more of a dream-pop influence I guess. I'm not familiar with The Naked and the Famous.
If you dig The xx and Bjork you could try
Bat For Lashes. Her music is fairly poppy and accessible yet still has plenty of depth and experimentation. If you like this song get her last album Two Suns.
If you haven't already also check out
Jamie xx, he's one of the members of The xx and he has is own solo stuff, it's electronic rather than indie but you might enjoy him.
I can't really think of any other singer-songwriter duet artists but since you dig Glen Hansard check out his band
The Frames. They have a few albums but all are pretty much worth checking out.
