Thats not true, nearly all the sizeable urban areas in Lancashire (Manchester) and East Midlands (Nottingham) have sizeable non-white populations. The only areas of the UK that fit your description of a 99% white population would be the South West, East Anglia, Lincolnshire, Cumbria, central and northern Wales and a large part of Scotland and most other rural locations, apart from some places I may have missed out here, you will see a non-white population in most small cities or large towns across most of the UK excluding the locations that I`ve mentioned.
