Wait... are you trying to say that you prefer a more conventional approach to songwriting over a less conventional, more experimental approach? Experimentation is used in composition and composition is used in experimentation. They're two almost interchangeable terms really... I mean... in a way, composing music is just experimenting with what sounds best to you when music is arranged a certain way.
