OIOI!
New person here........Mag 7, that's right y'all.
The Clash ARE the greatest band in rock'n'roll history. Punk? Well you can listen to the first album and say without doubt its punk, but you can't sustain that level of energy for long, so after that they diversified a bit. Sandinista is my favourite album 'cause it is so diverse. I love punk rock but I love the way the Clash could leave it behind and still make great music.
PS. Anyone in the northampton area of UK play guitar or bass want to join ukpunk/reggae band? Not punk and reggae fusion, just both.....in separate songs. Ya get me?
