Eh, I always thought the album was made to create some sort of John Cage-like statement. You know... with finding structure and pleasure in non-musical sounds... whether it's found in the ambiance of the wind blowing or the belligerent sounds of construction or traffic. While I (strangely) enjoyed listening to the album, I found TNB Est Mort to be much more accessible.
However, it's like Starrynight said... it's definitely involving -- especially when you put forth time into listening to it in its entirety...
