Perhaps you are right that this forum could be a mess if not curbed.
Other forums have overcome this problem by charging a fee to promote. This garners a few greenbacks for the website, retains order, flushes out the wannabees, and "provides a great service to unsigned artists"
Is it where people go to cry about not being able to promote their shit music on decent forums?
