What i like about RZA is how dark and atmospheric he can make his beats (much of 36 Chambers and some of his Ghostface work), not to mention action packed. Dre's got a couple of smooth beats but RZA's are much more animated. I should listen to more Dre, but the beats on the Slim Shady LP were really boring and uninspiring to me, and his Snoop Dogg stuff is alright from what i remember from it; he gave the Game some pretty good beats, but still, RZA's have a lot more character to me.

Eh,
The Slim Shady LP isn't exactly the high water mark of Dre's career.
Doggystyle, The Chronic and
The Chronic 2001 are where it's at with him.
