basically a rehash of the
Pink Panther/Johnny English forrmula, underdog spy/cop does well, it is beautiful throughout and highly enjoyable and funny
certainly much better than its predecessor, although most of the stuff in the movie will go way over kids' heads, it's the first real genuinely adults only Pixar movie
