I hate to make predictions, as they always make me look a moron at by the end of the season, but;

1. Man U
2. Man City
3. Chelsea
4. Liverpool

Going down;

18. Blackburn
19. Norwich
20. Swansea

I doubt the relegation dogfight's gonna be as tight this season as well.
