Here's a conversation starter: I don't think that Refused are anything special and that all they did with their The Shape of Punk to Come album was barrow concepts and ideas from post-punk. Start a discussion... someone prove me wrong. (I want you to!). 
Also, feel free to recommend a few albums for me to listen to. I would love to expand my taste in the genre.

I have already suggested bands in previous posts and introduced some U.K bands (Conflict for example) that are worth checking out and maybe not that well known.
I agree with your Refused paragraph though. Right band at the right time and I like them but there is more out there. I think they incorporated Electronica far more than post punk.
