I'm a huge fan of You're Living All Over Me, I think it's one of the greatest alternative rock albums ever to be honest. The songs perfect that balance between accessibility and abrasiveness - a sizeable chunk of the content consists of what are essentially pop songs dragged through an industrial shredder, and they're just a great listen. Plus. Mascis' melodic guitar riffs are nectar to the ears.
I've listened to the Thin White Rope album a couple of times now. I like it a lot, but in my opinion it just isn't in the same league as YLAOM.
