martial arts movie - starts off pretty slow, the first half is like a episode of CSI, it gets pretty frenetic later on, and the action is almost balletic and very violent. mainly about a man trying to run from his past, but it catches up with him. 6.5/10
gorgeous graphics and wondrous creatures can't really hide a wafer-thin plot. as a sequel to Lewis Carroll's books incorporating his Jabberwocky poem, it doesn't really impart the wonderment of the original story.

worst of the Grindhouse movies, it's just mean without any attempts at humour or a sense of the self-conscious - it's still enjoyable if you want to treat it as gorenography or whatever and to its credit, the acting's quite good and suitably OTT - 3.5/10
