Although, I love Rush's 70's work as well. I don't disagree with your assessment of their 80's work, with the exception of your thoughts on "Signals," which is almost as good as "Moving Pictures," and my 2nd favorite Rush album of the 80's.
All in all, Rush's 80's albums are my favorites.
