Unfortunately everything I'm reading about what.CD makes it sound like to use it I have to download software, give them a fair amount of personal information, spend hours waiting online to interview, provide a lot of documentation about things I've never used, answer a crapload of questions that I don't know the answers to and ultimately spend a lot of time maintaining my account lest I get my account deleted. Is that not actually what it's like?
