If you were the chairman of music in the 1920s(a fictional all powerful dictatorial position that I made up for this hypothetical) there would be no blues cause it'd be just 'a bunch of noisey racket with the damn idiots rubbing bottles against their strings. They need to learn how to play.' Because it was exactly the conservative attitude at the time, and it's exactly yours.

With your attitude, music would have never really been 'discovered'.

This guy is quite talented, but my amazement comes more from seeing what he's doing than hearing it.
He sucks. That's my opinion. Get over it. You think he's good? That's fine. My "blatant close-mindedness"? Let me open my mind and listen to his music. I still think it sucks. Let me find some music that you don't like and then talk about how you're close minded because you don't like it. Not everyone likes the same music. But of course the guy who thinks that all music isn't equal and some people have better perspectives than others is going to say such things. Let me guess, your perspective is better than others? And I bet the music you listen to is the music that is better than other music. Such an arrogant elitist.

[Insert smart ass remark here]

I can't really say. There are many who I think are great in their own right.

What about you?
