Time's Up doesn't have any great tracks. That is why Living Colour's popularity plunged. Still, it's a decent album. (I am not familiar with later albums.) I have to agree about Corey Glover's singing and the musicianship (the guys could play virtually any genre well). I concur that it's the best non-white rock band.
