I am with Telus - on their website it says I can call *60 and follow the instructions, however when I call it I get a message saying "this special number is not available in your calling area". Ugh, I'm not out in the sticks, I'm in Hamilton, ON! It's not urgent or anything but I just don't want to be bothered by this person...
