I find that whenever I listen to CocoRosie, it tends to be late at night. It just feels fitting somehow. Their most recent album, Grey Oceans, works at night in particular, I think.
Also, Radiohead's Amnesiac is definitely one of my late night albums:
Then of course there's the artists from Anticon Records. The Music for the Advancement of Hip Hop compilation from the label is probably the one that seriously gets the most playing time from me at night.
And, last but not least, Regina Spektor's "Songs":
