Well my point was actually that Lou Reed and Metallica were never gonna play well together, no matter at what stage in either of their careers they decided to collaborate.
Also, I dont think this is their lowest point. I liked Death Magnetic, even if it was recycled and an attempt to go back to basics. It was a good album, it just wasn't at all relevant.
Load, Reload and St. Anger were all lower points, in my opinion.
