I think that the kind of person who'd believe "People like being raped" would be completely ignorant and oblivious to the way people think, but at the same time, from the number of rapings and cases of abuse we hear about, it is very likely that many people actually believe that this is the case. I imagine they will think that either as soon as they get going, the victim will realize how "fun" it is (I have no sympathy when the victim is a child), or that the victim's resistance makes sex more pleasurable, which of course it can't be.
I don't really know about hentai, since I'm too young and innocent to watch cartoon porn, but I'm guessing there's loads of rape in there. I could infer from that that the sort of people who watch hentai will start to see rape as normal and something insignificant. I would not underestimate the power that the media one engages with can recondition the way one thinks in the most horrible and depraved way.
