That`s an interesting question !
Poor old Richie Valens has one of the saddest statistics: died at the age of 17( so really just a school boy) with one album under his belt, he has three times as many posthumous releases.
Country crooner Jim Reeves died in 1964, not that that stopped him from repeatedly turning up in the charts. The Jim Reeves industry turned out a total of 18 posthumous albums. If you`ll excuse the humour, that is really flogging a dead horse !
