This is one of his better moments on the album; but to be honest Phils shaky sweet vocals are the highlight in One for the Vine for me!
His playing wasn't bad on
Wind and Wuthering but in my eyes he did better with the earlier prog albums like
Selling England and
Foxtrot. Perhaps I was a little harsh on him but W&W isn't his best.
