The other day a song i havnt heard for years popped into my head..i was singing along in my mind and i worked out from that what it must be called..i searched for the title on youtube and found it easily and was grooving along to it..(did not save the link)
the next day at work, i was trying to think of the song but i could not for the life of me remember what it was and it has been bugging me ever since.

Its an 80s song the girl who was singing it kind of reminded me of a mariah carey/gloria estefan/debbie gibson hybrid looks wise she had curley light brown/blonde hair i remember one of the comments on the youtube page said she was abit like an early mariah carey..sounded abit taylor dane or ce ce peniston 80s house/pop/club music kind of tune uptempo think the song was about a bad bf..she seemed abit of a one hit wonder but it was a great song that was really popular at the time..she was american, and i think her name began with a T but im not definite on that fact
can anyone help?
