Yeah, I don't think I'd be able to do it if it wasn't for the fact that two of my housemates are quitting with me. The other one doesn't smoke anyway, so it's a completely smokefree house now. Being around people that were puffing away day in day out would just be too much. The support is a massive help too, people who find it easy giving up tobacco baffle and impress me in equal measure.
The amount I smoked may have something to do with the withdrawals, but it affects people in different ways. Your body will seek to rid itself of the toxins somewhere down the line, but you may be lucky and just sweat it out, who knows!
