Hard choice, but I gotta go with the debut. Paranoid is heavier than concrete shoes, but the debut's combo of rock, metal, and blues just creates one of the greatest atmosphere's on a metal album. Gives me chills. The way the first song builds up tension with three chords played at an absolute snail's pace is just genius.
