I've been doing body weight training exercises every other day, and cardio six days a week (still do cardio on the body weight training days).
As soon as it's possible, I'll be getting a gym membership...because part of my most important cardio is jogging, and I would much rather jog on an indoor track than in the cold or on a treadmill.
Today, I'm supposed to go running with my little sister, and figure out my High Intensity Interval Training workout regiment.
I'm not in great shape by any means, but the way I feel about an hour after working out until I go to sleep is the best feeling in the world. I wake up still feeling pretty good, workout to the point of near collapse, then ride the afterglow the rest of the day.
