Overrated: Eh, Nirvana I guess but I still like them. Michael Jackson however is massively overrated and I hate him with all my quality music loving heart

Underrated: He's already got quite a bit of praise, but I think Elvis Costello deserves some more. The best lyricist in the past 30 or so year imo.
