to be fair, she looks bored and tired, so with Narduar just egging her on, it's pretty fair for her to react in such a way
although i do think Exene Cervenka's cool boredness is a much better way to deal with the irritation both of them suffered
so, er no, i don't think Lydia's full of shit, Narduar wanted a confrontation and got one
i've read several interviews with a more "reasonable" interviewer, and she was full of petulant wit and a canny intelligence
