Apparently Suarez has now apologized for not shaking Evra's hand and Dalglish has apologized for supposedly playing dumb in the post match interview.
IMO the fact of the matter is, that Suarez should actually me made to shake Evra's hand again, as anybody can make a half hearted apology to a radio station or newspaper after the event.
