Honestly... it really depends. If you're into the stuff off Absolute Dissent you may want to check out their latter material from about... '94 on wards. Their 2003 self-titled album was where I started, but I've grown incredibly fond of Pandemonium (1994) and Democracy (1996). Their 2006 album Hossan From the Basement of Hell has some incredibly murky production and Jaz's vocals can be incredibly hard to make out at times, but it's probably their heaviest. If you're interested in their more post-punk/goth rock stuff from the 1980's, their self-titled debut is still up there as one of my favourite debuts, but it does sound a bit dated now, and I don't think compares as well to their newer material.

Considering you've already heard a few tracks off Absolute Dissent (2010), I'd say start there, and work your way back to Pandemonium, and then go check out their debut and work your way up from there. I wish I still had my "Beginner's Guide to Killing Joke" still up, but alas it's gone.
