I have developed a new food obsession:
Food For Life Gluten-Free "Multi-Seed" English Muffins.
They were on sale recently at a health food store and so I tried a pack. Holy moly, I loved them!
Mmmmm. I microwave a muffin for a minute until it is steaming hot. Then I use a knife and fork to tear apart the two halves that cling together in a deliciously gooey way. I dab on a little Smart Balance spread so that it melts into the muffin. I like watching it melt.
The muffin ends up warm, chewy, and scrumptuous. It tastes so good that I look forward to going to sleep just so my stomach can empty and I'll be able to eat another muffin (or two) the next day! Sometimes when I'm full I feel frustrated because I can't stuff another one in me even though I want to.
