I've never cared for all that political mumbo jumbo from ian mckaye (i know that doesn't make a whole lot of of sense)

It was always the introspection. The general frustration he had with common life, it was that kind-off punk etho's i could always get down with.

hey man, i know where you're coming from (yeah.. bull****!)

furniture has no say in life

it was made to be used by people

how many times have you felt like a bookcase

sitting in a living room gathering dust

full of thoughts already written? (how 'bout now?)
and songs like waiting room.

I know he's trying to awaken me with the political lyricsm, and make me conscious and inspire critical thoughts of administration, but my mental response is always "eh whatever"
