That's what we in the US refer to as a
crutch; a roach is the bits of brown/still greenish matter left in the very end of a joint or a blunt. We fill them ****ers up to the brim, nothing less than 2g in my gar if you in my circle. I have never rolled anything with a crutch but I have lots of friends who do it habitually.
