My life is riddled with frequent attempts to sort out my sleeping pattern - and I always end up receding back into this sh
itty routine of going to sleep at 5am and waking up at 2pm. I feel much happier when I'm living sociable hours, so it's really frustrating, but unfortunately the nature of my work doesn't give me much in the way of structure.
