That's why I said it's anecdotal. In literary terms one might consider them to be continuing their father's legacy in a purely symbolic way. It has no basis in practical terms, so you're right in saying that their relation to their fathers is purely genetic– of course it is! I'm saying that the comparisons to their fathers should remain in the realm of observation and not have any bearing on what the group actually does, so it's not like we aren't pretty much on the same page.
Also, each one of them is fairly active musically. I probably misused the word supergroup as their all mostly in their own respective bands rather than pursuing solo careers.
