Aniracetam isn't water soluble, but fat soluble. You'd be better mixing it into something high in fat. You'll also need to take a source of choline with it, I take capsules (8 bucks) but you could just have eggs or something. I take the capsules with some whole milk or yogurt or egg yokes.
Piracetam is water soluble, cheaper-- but far less potent.
