Default Artists: Pros/ Cons

This a thread I've had an idea for, for a while. I call it Artists: Pros/ Cons. Basically how it will work is you name a band. State the pro's (what you believe is their best aspects and what they do well) and their con's (what you don't like about them or what you think they don't do well). I'll start it off with the band Porcupine Tree. I would like others to participate by putting pros/cons for other artists and also I would like you guys to comment on what you think I or other members got write or wrong and anything you'd like to add. (Please follow the format I used, Thank you)

Porcupine Tree

Pros
-The Vocals are excellent and I think Steven Wilson has an adaptable voice
-The songs are constructed very well and appeal to the average ear
-Incorporate many musical elements outside of the standard realm
-Are extremely original

Cons
-They do not exploit their musical talents and rarely have difficult technicality in their guitar parts which I would love to see
-Extremely simple drumming for the most part I would like to see more out of Gavin

Overall I enjoy most of what Porcupine Tree has to offer they are very talented and put together a good almost prog. rock sound which I like.
