Yes it is not a good feeling to have, and i can appreciate you are in a difficult situation right now.
I would suggest taking the initiative to get your Dad's number, and then contact him. You might feel uncomfortable asking for his number, but it sounds like communicating with him is important to you, so it is worth the effort.
Don't let yourself be a victim, especially where you can take steps to improve (hopefully) how you feel.
