I talked about this guy before on here, when this incident happened. The guy bashing the bus with his skateboard is my cousin, and he lives in Vancouver's Downtown East Side, which, according to LoathsomePete, is not the best neighbourhood. He used to try and sell cocaine and heroin on the bus too
