Here's one: what if we are all actually mentally challenged. We think that we take drugs when we really just take our vitamins, the instruments that we play are just toys, us and our friends go on playdates instead of hanging out, etc. Would this mean that those who we see as the mentally challenged are actually the intelligencia that keeps society together, and we are just hassling them when we think that we're helping them?
I've had a few playdates where me and my friends took several vitamins and discussed this thought to a great extent.
