It's just a penis to me. But then again I have only been with one guy and he is uncircumcised, so that's all I know. He also comes from Europe where circumcision is not a common practice.
I wonder if both kinds would feel similar if he wears a condom. Again, I wouldn't know.

I don't think it looks nasty at all. In fact, an uncircumcised penis looks more anatomically correct to me than an circumcised one, especially soft.
