Even if you matched him in every single stat category, the era he dominated and the feeling of that time period will never be matched. With more and more great players and considering how the NBA has reached the foreign plays as well, I really don't see anyone being as good as MJ. He had all the intangibles you'd ever want.
People are already saying Bynum or Gasol has to go. It will be interesting to see what they could get for Gasol. I don't think they could get much that would make them a better team. Steve Nash is a free agent, I wonder if they will try to work some magic to get him. I say screw getting younger, go get some shooters and restock for next season.
