I'd say either the 70's or the 90's. I think by the 70's, quite a few influential bands had their sound down, as well as a kickass following. A few of my favorites are the stones, blue cheer (if you haven't listened, definitely check blue cheer out), fleetwood mac, of course black sabbath.. As for the 90's, all the grunge gets me going! I'm a huge sucker for the Smashing pumpkins.. Love their earlier ****, like gish or siamese dream.. I'd also like to throw Blind Melon into my list of 90's influentials.. such incredible talent
