The fact that you don't care about her makes it worse. You're willing to **** over a friend, not because you think you might have a future with this girl, but just because you want to get your rocks off. So therefore, you don't value his friendship (or perhaps friendship at all for that matter) as much as you value your own short term pleasure. That makes you an unreliable, backstabbing scumbag.
