Music Banter - View Single Post - For Headphone users, do Remasters sound much better than originals?

Hey guys, I've recently acquired a pair of Sony Headphones and while most music sounds great, I noticed that my Doors and Zeppelin CDs don't sound spectacular. I also realize that these CD's aren't the remastered versions so I was wondering, do remasters of old albums generally sound alot better through headphones? Are they worth the extra cash?
