I just don't understand the point of having it on tap if you're not going to teach your staff how to pour it properly. Like if you just had it in cans or bottles I could kind of understand, it's there for someone that specifically asks for it, but it's not the thing most people get. Oh well, there's a really good Irish pub a few blocks away that it always jumping on a Friday night, and they at least know how to pour a Guinness.
