Thats always the way with reaction to England - they "aren't good enough".
I'm of course not disputing this. I mean, who really expects England to win this? I do, however, think its a real shame when we get 7 points from 9 in the group stages and this is peoples first thought. Their initial reaction. I dont expect people to have high, unrealistic or delusional expectations of the English national team but it annoys me how negative we are.

could play like Brazil 1970, we could win the Euro's and there would still be a large number of "fans" whos reaction would be "Yeah but we wont win the World Cup."
